FAQ's

* If a product has sold out, will it come back in stock?

We maintain high stock holding to ensure items are always in stock for a quick delivery. If one of our items happens to be out of stock due to supplier issues, it will definitely come back in stock! The best way to keep up to date with re-stocking updates is through Instagram and our newsletter.

* Does each mix always contain the same variety of sweets?

We try to add new pick n mix to our selection to bring you the newest , tastiest sweets! Candyroo's pre mix pouches are selected on the most chosen pick n mix by our customers building their own selection, so this could change every time we make a premade pouch.

* How do I place an order?

If you wish to add an item to your basket, click the 'Add to Cart' tab on the product listing. Once you are ready to check out, go to your basket and click the 'Check Out' button. Enter your shipping information and select the desired postage method. You will then be asked for your payment details and your order will be placed.

* Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Amex, Diner and discovery, as well as Paypal, Amazon pay, Apple pay, Klarna, Clearpay, Google pay and Shop pay.

* Can I amend my order?

If you wish to amend your order, please contact us via email Hello@candyroo.co.uk stating your order number. Orders already collected by our couriers can not be changed.

* I have a problem with my order (missing item/incorrect item/damaged parcel/damaged item/etc.). What do I do?

We hope this never happens, however unfortunately mistakes happen, if you have an issue contact our customer service team via email to hello@candyroo.co.uk within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note we may require photos showing the contents of the box, the items you received, the condition of the box, the condition of the items, etc. The photos MUST show the item exactly as you received it - if any items have been opened, half eaten, half drunk, etc. we will unfortunately not be able to accept them as reliable evidence of an issue.

* When will my order ship?

We aim to pick and pack all orders received on the same day within our opening hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 12pm on Saturdays. Order received outside of these times will be packed the following working day.

* Do your products have a best before date?

Third party prepacked products will have their own best before dates listed on the packaging. Products manufactured by Candyroo such as the pick n mix or fudge have at least six months as standard (unless purchasing a reduced price product clearing stating end of shelf life).

* What if I've got a food allergy?

Third party products have allergy warnings on the product page. For pick n mix allergies see our ingredients list here.

Please be aware that due to the large variety of sweets we handle, we are unable to guarantee that our pick n mix bags are completely free of all allergens.
